Terms & Conditions

Section 1- Fee Payment.

1. Fees are payable one month in advance and are non-refundable. Refunds will only be provided at the discretion of Kimberly Gallacher, Owner.

2. Fees are paid on a subscription basis and are payable 12 months per year. 

3. There are no refunds if a dancer is absent from class.

4. If a dancer has a long-term illness or injury, fees may be refunded at the discretion of Kimberly Gallacher, Owner

This does not include minor illness, minor injury or holidays taken mid-term.

5. Should a class be cancelled by Notorious Dance, this class will not be refunded however a replacement alternative will be provided.

6. All fee payments will be taken via Class for Kids. No cash or bank transfer will be accepted.

7. If you would like to cancel your membership at Notorious Dance, one month’s written notice is required.

Should you fail to advise of your intention to cancel your membership, payment will continue to be taken until you do so.

Section 2- Conduct

1. Notorious Dance t-shirts are preferable for all classes.

2. No outdoor trainers/shoes will be allowed into the dance studio. Alternative footwear must be worn.

3. No loose jewellery should be worn during classes.

4. Classes run back to back without a break so dancers should come prepared and leave promptly.

5. Parents should drop their kids off at the main entrance and collect via the side gate.

6. No parents should park within the staff and visitor’s car park during drop off and pick up times.

8. Parents must adhere to pick up and drop off guidance.

9. Dancers are responsible for their own property and bring their items at their own risk. Notorious Dance are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
